Yes...it is I yet again. You will continue to hear from me here until my computer IQ rises.

Now, for some reason I can't use Windows Explorer. So I can't go into my C: folder or the Windows Control Panel. I can in Safe Mode, but I don't know what to do.

I checked if I could do a system restore to yesterday morning when it was working fine, but I don't seem to have any restore points available to choose from

Anyway, this problem happened last night while I was working on a website and I was using my ftp to upload the files. Right around that time. This is the thing that pops up.

After I click on "What should I do?" this page comes up.

Hmmm.. sounds like youre explorer.exe got infected/replaced by/with something nasty and windows' DAP has shut it down.

Or MS finally admits that windows itself is malware.. (sorry Bill , just a joke. )

I think its time for the Prework link in my sig. :icon_joke

Okay, I did everything in your Prework link, do you want the text files it talks about at the end?

Okay, I was able to upload one of them, but the scan report file was too big

I have more than doubled the upload size allowance for .txt files now - thanks for the feedback.
