Please help with hijackthis log

Sorry for the long lapse in posting a reply. We pride ourselves on fast service.

Looking over your log now.

Ok looks like you have some things going on in your pc. First off going to need you to

1.On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
2.Click the View tab.
3.Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
4.If you see a warning message, click Yes.
5.Click Apply.
6.Click OK.

For 98/2000/ME:

1.double-click the My Computer icon
2.Click on the View menu, click Folder Options
3.Advanced Settings box, under the "Hidden files" folder, click Show all files.
4.If you see a warning message, click Yes.
5.Click Apply.
6.Click OK.


Please download CleanUp and run the program.

The please download the 15 day trial version of CounterSpy. Let it run, (it will take awhile) when it is done click on show log file, copy all that is in there and copy it into your next post.

After that please post a new hijackthis log.
