Just thinking, if roryt2000 is not able to access that website through other computers in his house too, it's not a specific problem with his PC though?
I still think it is an idea to disconnect en reconnect to internet some way, like I mentioned turn off and on a router e.g.

No, i dont know why it's on my PC. I deleted the actual files and I tried removing it from HJT but it won't go away.

And I disconnected power from both my router and modem and reconnected it. Nothing.

I know but there is always a change that if his pc is infected that the other pc's also could be infected. Maybe trough his or the other way around.

Reseting modems and routers is a never a bad idea ofcourse.

Try it like this:

Click Start>Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
In the Services window find:

Remote Packet Capture Protocol

Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK
Open HJT and click config > misc tools > ?delete an NT service?
Copy and past:

rpcapd

Click OK.

and see if it still comes back.
