I have a kazaa link in my computer called "Register Kazaa Upgrade Suite" that is currently on my desktop and also has an icon in my toolbar that won't go away when I try to delete it.? When I try it says"Canot delete Register Kazaa Upgrade Suite3:Access is denied."? Iv'e tried ADaware, Windows Washer, Trend Micro Antivirus, and delting through "SEarch all files on computer."? What can I do?

Is it just the icon you need to delete or is the Kazaa Suite installed also?

Can you please Attach an HijackThis log, you will find the link in my signature if you don't have it. Please make sure that all files and folders are showing in Tools/Folder Options in Explorer, and install it in its own folder. Choose the first option to save a log, (saving it to your desktop is easiest), and Attach it back here. Thanks,

I am not able to attachthe log. When I try to attach it says the file type is not allowed. What next?

What kind of file type is it? It should be a .txt file and those can be uploaded.

The file still woudn't send. I hope a zip file is okay.
