I can't get NailFix to work at all. (I even tried deleting it and getting it again. No dice.) How much does that matter? Is running CrapClearner enough on its own?

Nailfix is pretty importend to run but what happends after you double click on nailfix.cmd? A command window should open for a second and explorer should restart. (icons dissapear and come back)

Did you do all the rest already? If yes then you might want to post a new HJT log because you could be reinfected again because you rebooted when the complete fix wasnt done yet.

When I doubleclick on the NailFix icon I don't get a command window. All I get is the warning that pops up when I reboot in Safe Mode (the one that says something like: "oh no, you are in Safe Mode; are you sure you wanted to do that"?). I click 'Yes' so I can keep working in Safe Mode and nothing happens. No program or anything.

I did everything on your list up to "Run NailFix", because I couldn't run it. Since I'm still getting the auraeco, thnall, and jtmwyz-whatever pops ups, I assume more work is needed. I can post a new log later tonight if you need me to.

Let me know what I should do about NailFix too, please. Thank-you for your time, by the way.

Yup , i would like a new hjt log please.

But i dont understand what you mean with Nailfix "icon" . If you download the Nailfix then you have a "nailfix.exe" installer , when you run it , it extracts a folder called "Nailfix" to youre desktop and asks if you want to run the app.
So you can choose to run it immidiatly or later by opening the Nailfix folder and double clicking on "Naifix.cmd".

Please explain to me where it goes wrong so i can figure out a solution.

I think the problem with NailFix had something to do with the link I was using. When I got it from the link you provided I actually got the program; last time all I got were icons and it didn't put me through InstallWizard. So it should work this time

Default Re: jtmwyzainoy.exe, thnall1.exe, and aurareco.exe... for dummies.

Make sure you still have the naifix , ccleaner and ewido.

Then click Start>Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
In the Services window find:

System Startup Service

Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK

Then boot in safemode and open HJT and click config > misc tools > ?delete an NT service?
Copy and past:

SvcProc

Click OK.

Then still in safemode fix these with HJT:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {44BE0690-5429-47f0-85BB-3FFD8020233E} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dinst] C:\WINDOWS\dinst.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [yblxhg] c:\windows\system32\bhpspuc.exe r
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - c:\windows\SvcProc.exe (file missing)
Delete the files/folders in bold and then run the nailfix , ccleaner and ewido.

After that reboot and post a new hjt log please.

I couldn't find these two items on the hjt list when I went to repair the items you listed:

1. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [yblxhg] c:\windows\system32\bhpspuc.exe r
2. O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - c:\windows\SvcProc.exe (file missing)

Here's the hjt log after following all your instructions:
