Can you post a log with a bunch of them running and with one real I.E. window open to?

:-) Hey Guys,

Just brainstorming, but has anyone heard of a conflict between AVG and Win98? I thought it was designed for XP. Found some known conflicts w/ AVG and Adaware SE, but nothing really serious. Also, has the idea that one of those iexplore virus' is to blame been explored?

Hmmm...

From AVG:
Minimal system requirements for AVG and supported platforms
Minimal hardware configuration which can be used for AVG installation is a PC with 486, 32 MB RAM memory and 30 MB free space on the hard drive.

AVG 7.0 is fully compatible with these operating systems:

Windows95; Windows98; WindowsME; WindowsNT4; Windows2000; WindowsXP

and also with these server operating systems:

Windows NT4 Server; Windows2000 Server; Windows2003 Server

AVG Anti-Virus is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems at this time. A new edition that will protect 64-bit computers is under development at the moment.

:-) Thanks Hengis,

looked for the problem first instead of the solution. Have to get back to brainstorming.

I haven't found any that could be it , they all (that i found anyway) use different locations for the iexplore.exe file.

And @Osiris09 , sorry but i dont know whats wrong. I also see that you've done atleast three online AV scans so the chance of a virus is pretty small.

Does ZoneAlarm show any strange traffic?
