Default [FIXED] Need help with annoying Trojan Horse Viruses on my PC...!

I have recently downloaded the very popular P2P network sharing program called 'LimeWire'. I downloaded some files, and AVG AntiVirus found some viruses in the files on my PC, which were easy to get rid of...
...but, then there was...
THE TROJAN HORSE...!

...I uninstalled LimeWire and another P2P network sharing program I have used, thinking that might help fix the problem a little bit,...I was wrong...
I've installed many programs trying to get rid of these Trojan Viruses, (there are more than one), but when I scan with a AntiVirus or AntiSpyware program,... my PC freezes! ...I just don't know what to do, AVG keeps on popping up this notification that it 'Detects a virus', but when I say 'Heal' or 'Delete file', it just keeps on coming back, and it's really annoying...! :

So please, I need help with fixing my PC.

Thank You :-)

If you are using Windows XP turn off system restore by going to Start -> Control Panel -> System -> System Restore (It's a tab) and check "Turn off System Restore". Then try to delete it again.

Also might want to clean up some temp files.. Download the program cleanup in my signature and run that as well

I turned off System Restore then ran a virus scan with AVG AntiVirus, then that's when one or more of the Trojan Virus took effect, as if it knew I was running a virus scan, it froze my computer and I had to reboot my PC.

What do I do now?

Thanks. I think that Trojan Remover might have taken care of it, including turning off System Restore, like Spacekid3750 mentioned, but how can I be so sure it's gone...
nevermind, AVG is still saying the same thing! : , and I turned off System Restore and used Trojan Remover!

What do I do now?!
