Hi,

Everytime I click on My Computer or try to open it in any other way the computer freezes and then starts working again after a few seconds. The same thing happens when you try to type an address in the bar in internet explorer. Please will someone help me i'll be eternally grateful.

Hey Chris, my sisters computer has a few of those same programs running in the background, and trust me, they are suspicious. You should really go over that list and delete them. You have so many programs running at once that it must really be killing your performance.
