Hey, i have just had alot of spyware on my comp which i have manged to delete using a few programs...however the spyware changed my wallpaper to its own advertisment wallpaper and disabled me from changing it....it now looks something like this...

Does anyone know how to undisable this option so i can edit my wallpaper again? thanx....just incase it helps im using Win ME? :oops:

The spyware could have changed the "Active Desktop Settings", try the following
Make sure that "Show Web content on my Active Desktop" is unchecked. Next go to "Handy Tools" in my signature and install Microsoft Antispware and scan your PC... if the problem persists then run a HijackThis log and post it on the site.

hey, tried to go to show web content but thats also disabled...

Download and install these antispyware tools, boot your PC into safemode and run them from there. Ad-Aware Spybot Search and Destror
