Default [Pending] constant IE error

Lately, all of a sudden i will get the following windows explorer error:

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00c5dccc

It's the usual Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Whenever I hit don't send, explorer reset's itself, and then another will pop up. If i leave it alone (drag it to the corner and try to ignore it) more and more keep popping up. It's really really annoying. Here is my hijackthis file:

Welcome

Process File: nail or nail.exe
Process Name: Trojan.Win32.Stervis.b

Description:
Nail.exe is a is a hijacker which means it will intermittently change your Internet Explorer settings / Desktop to the link of it?s author?s sponsors. This program is usually installed through consent, however is sometimes packaged as another product. It is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately.

So you've got to re-run HJT and FIX the following:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O2 - BHO: Viewpoint Toolbar BHO - {A7327C09-B521-4EDB-8509-7D2660C9EC98} - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBarBHO.dll
O3 - Toolbar: Viewpoint Toolbar - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xjwkvii] c:\windows\system32\hvpmdtu.exe r
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - res://C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Run the antispyware tool from the link "Handy Tools" in my sig and re-boot.

as you've probally noticed, nail.exe is still there. Everytime i delete it, i still end up getting explorer errors, and then when i restart my computer, nail.exe comes back onto the list.

Am i missing a step in the removal of this?

oh and when i try to 'fix' this file

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

it comes back instantly

Boot your machine into safemode and run the hijackthis and fix these errors:

c:\windows\system32\ebduyo.exe
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [regsync] C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsync.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vsfrfzh] c:\windows\system32\ebduyo.exe r
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Also you coul have a trojan virus installed so download and install stinger which you can find a link to in my Signature under "Handy Tools"
You might also find some of the stuff in there helpful for this problem you are having.
