hi again just wanted someone to check this out it looks differnt then last time got rid of avg and installed norton 2003

It still looks fine to me, got a nice clean system there.?

I would say (and will probably get abuse from others? :roll that Norton would probably be the better of the two.
The only reason I say that is because it is such a big company and symantec do have a great virus database and various other virus tools.
The only problem with them is that they are expensive which is were AVG has its advantage of being free.

So at the end of the day if you have a copy of Norton then I would recommend that you load it up.

Have to agree with you Zimbo, in terms of the whole package, Norton is the better option BUT it costs (of course). The virus databases and fix tools are great and the updates are regular.

AVG is a great alternative if you want great protection for FREE!
