hehe, no. If your using AOL software at all on your PC, then it may simply be trying to access that address. An example is if a particular software was looking for updates. You may be getting a *reply* to say "no... no updates today!". Firewalls may also block outbound as well as inbound traffic.

You firewall works by blocking all programs and ports. Then, only specific programs or ports are added as exceptions. For example, by default, port 80, for http web access. You may install a game that uses a different port. You firewall will then ask you, do you want to deny/allow this connection. With inbound traffic it will not do this, it will simply block it, because if we haven't accepted the outbound connection, then why should it accept it inbound. However, for some software applications may use a different port for outbound communication, than inbound, meaning that any replies would be blocked by the firewall.
