My name is ken and I am working for an external Symantec-Support-Team. We are sorry to hear about your problem. I have informed the Symantec Support about your issue and they provided us with the following solution: This problem sounds like it might be a compatibility with Norton Network Drivers (The firewall components) and your 3G Dongle. The only way to get this properly investigated is if you contact Symantec support. They might need to collect logfiles to identify the root of the problem and issue a fix or a solution.
