AS in windows firewall,there should be an allow list.Check its not blocked xbox in your settings
Have you checked xbox website they got a great help guid and hope to setup and configure?
Firstly you need to go into the HH and find the IP address for the xbox.
Then go into Norton and click on the Norton Security Online tab
Then click on Settiings and Personal Firewall, Then click on configure.
Then click on Trust Control, and Trusted Tab
Click on add and enter the IP address for the xbox (192.168.1.xxx)
Are you using a wirless router?
Norton Internet Security and Norton Personal Firewall - Double click the Norton Icon on your desktop
- Once NIS is loaded click on Personal Firewall
Click the configure button that appears in the bottom right hand corner
- If you have set a password you will need to enter it here
- On the top right of the screen click the Advanced tab
- Click General Rules
- Click Add
- Select Permit (Click the Next button when applicable*)
- Click connections to and from other computers*
Click Any Computer*
- Under 'What protocols do you want to permit?' click TCP and UDP
- Under 'What types of communications do you want to permit?' Click the only types of communications or ports listed below
- Click Add
- Click individually specified ports
- You will need to repeat step 12 until the following ports are opened (3074 & 88), and a rule is created for both 'Local' and 'Remote'
- Click Next
- Name it 'Xbox Live'
