Hi all

I just have a new laptop, and an NTL broadband conected at 1.5 meg - the problem is I cannot do any downloads - they start off OK then get stuck at around 5% to 10 % - I thought maybe pc gaurd or windows firewall could be blocking it - but removing them made no difference. Specific sites i tried to down load from were Skype and Realplayer - but I think all downloads are stopping soon after begining.
Any Ideas........
