I have recently installed AVG Professional Internet Security Suite, but the i do not know whether have i configure all the settings properly. i cannot update the latest patch as it always reflect request time out. how may i overcome this issue as i have tried many methods but to no avail.
Try disabling the firewall prior to downloading the upgrade. It is not uncommon for firewalls to interfere with downloading and installs. Just make sure to reenable it when you have finished if you are not required to do a reboot.
