AVG and ZoneAlarm should do you all fine, as Upgrader suggested. Here are the sites:

However they are most likely not Vista-compatible. If you are using Vista and not XP, you could actually stick with the Windows Firewall built in Vista for the time being for it's considerably better than that which can be found in Windows XP. Aside from that it's mostly betas available right now, such as
TrendMicro Internet Security suite, which is in a free public beta. Others, such as Norton, are in closed betas. Antivirus software is much more up-to-date, though, with Avast, AVG, and others offering compatibility in some of the latest builds.
