Question Windows firewall not working

Hello my windows fire wall isnt working and whenever i try to restart it or bring up my firewall settings, it cant because it says that the window firewall/ICS service isnt running. A simalar insident happaned like this to me before and i was wondering if anyone can help me determine my problem?

Go to start > run > type in services.msc > click OK > Scroll down to find Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) > double click it > press start and set starup type to automatic .

Bear in mind though PCGamer, Windows firewall is only good for stopping inbound traffic and NOT outbound.

Personally I'd turn it off completely and acquire a better firewall, I use Comodo and it's quite excellent, Sygate is very good too.
