Maybe the popup blocker portion-- especially since it's online gaming affected.

I'm stumped-- I'm not the "gamer" of this site. I'll PM our tech leader. See if he has any more ideas

Hi Blackrush, I haven't used eTrust either, but I've been reading over some of their documentation. Where Norton, and most other Security suites tend to block all ports, and have a list of open ports and programs that can access the internet. eTrust will also check the content of any data that comes through an open port or program, so I wouldn't be suprised if this slowing down your internet access. Probably the most secure I've seen by reading their reviews, as it seems to have been made to desinged in view of selling to large organisations, where Norton, even though they do provide a solution for companies, they originally focused on individual home users.

Would it be possible to uninstall eTrust to be sure that this is the issue, or if the installation of eTrust is just a co-insidance?

Blackrush: has your question been answered sufficiently yet?

Marked as pending.
