Hmm. I am not sure this will help me. You are talking about setting up a server right? If yes then that is not what I was trying to do.
Or is this also part of the p2p thing?

No, apparently this is the fix for:
- You're behind a router or intranet and want to be able to experience the online part of the game and have troubles in doing so. http://www.tm-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1716

Sorry to change the subject slightly (back to the original question)...but i thought i'd add my reasoning.
To have a software firewall or not while gaming? It all depends on the users skill/capacity. I personally have 3 hardware firewalls and find it useless to run a software firewall when i'm a hawk and regulary scan my computer remotely when I'm at work via a secure VPN. But I wouldn't jump online without any firewall these days...there's too much **** out there to ruin the fun times had by all on the internet.

Well I checked my DSL Modem for the ports and I see that I had to add 3450. I did. But still they cannot see my custom avatar. I can see it. Anyway here is a screenshot of the log that says the info is being blocked. Maybe this will help us to solve this.

Have you now setup TM within your Norton Firewall for full access (both ways)?
