I was trying to install ZoneAlarm Free, but it gives an error saying it can't shutdown TrueVector. What's TrueVector, and how do you shut it down?

Truevector is your internet monitor. It's a good thing! If you need it disabled to install ZA, try ending it in Processes and trying the install then mate.

The True Vector Internet Monitor , or Vsmon.exe , is from ZoneAlarm. That means you already have it installed. Have a look in add/remove programs.
