Default [Answered] zone labs pro

I have just successfuly installed and configured zone alarm pro on my desktop and also zone alarm free on the laptop, and everything is working smoothly,

In everyones opinion, is it worth buying the license for the pro version?
and if after the 14 day trial, will all my settings regarding the home network be kept when i revert back to the free version?

I think it's not worth buying the license for ZoneAlarm Pro, because I think that the free version will fit. And I guess that your settings stay kept, but I'm not sure. What was the actually the reason that you choose for Pro?

IMHO it is worth buying the Pro version , it has more functions but it also is a better firewall. Have a look to compare the 2:

Most importend difference being the Triple Defense Firewall ?

And im also not 100% sure but youre settings should be kept i think , probebly only the extra features will be disabled.

I would say its worthwile getting the Pro. I myself have just got it after installing the free version, and its a reliable firewall. Definetly a good solid product.

Your settings should all be kept, except that you will have to configure the extra features.
