hello xcingix,
Welcome to Pc Help Forum,
To set zone alarm setting on programs you would like to let through,

Right Click on the ZA icon in the task bar and click settings. There will be three tab's you can choose from. Choose programs, now scroll through all the programs you already have in the box that pops up, and right click on the program you would like to allow and click allow program for internet access or server or both. This way ZA will let it go through.

I have many programs there. I want to go into the log file o rwhatever it is itself and clear it out in one shot.
The programs arent the only thing.
I want to clear like the trusted zones and everything.

I want this to be like a fresh install

There is no real way to clear it in one shot. You would have to go through every program and right click it and delete it. Other than reinstall you cannot clear everytihng from ZA setting's.

To clear the programs list click on the top program, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold down the SHIFT key and click the bottom program.

Press DEL or Right-Click and select Remove
