Welcome to the forum.

How do you know that it's Zonealarm that's blocking your internet access?

If the message is coming from a gray box that has something to do with Windows or it is coming from a bubble on the taskbar (except for the ones Zone Alarm generates, which are unique, they usually have Zone Alarm or something somewhere in them) then it is probably not ZA.

Zone alarm sometimes blocks my Firefox which is massivelly annoying so I kill it everytime. Is there anything I can do for this? I have firefox on the allowed programs list

You can check to see that Firefox is in the "approved applications" list within ZA - set it to allow all.

Hey Ali,

Nice to see you again, I am curious, you say that Zone Alarm ran out of its trial period, but Zone Alarm is a free program, it is the Security Suite install that has a trial period. Then you said that you are using Zone Alare Sec Suite, which includes the Firewall as one of the main parts of the suite.

I am curious as to when you are getting the "no internet connection" messages. Is it always, immediately after logging on to the internet, or after awhile.

Also, it may be possible that you have a conflict between installations and unistallations of ZA products.

Look forward to reading your reply,
