These are my documents and the files can't be opened i have tried to search on the web for what i need to download/install to solve this problem but i just can't seem to find it. All the files like this that i used to use/download would work. But when i recoverd my computer back to scraps (because of virus) i lost certain things and my files haven't worked.

As you can see the files with the red squares i have downloaded, but they don't open properly. Whenever i try and open them it comes up with an error message (below) What program/driver do i need to install for the files to open properly?

I know i do have the right permission because it's my computer and my profile is set as the administrator!!
