had email in my hotmail from someone i know, i replied using the reply button and it went to someone else i know!! they replied. whats going on? help!!

Either you typed the address wrong or read it wrong. Or possibly the original email was spam. Usually you can tell because if you look at the To: section you will see a lot more than one email address.

Usually there are at least 10 email addresses who spam emails are sent to. Its possible that MSN replied to one of those instead.

To test if your MSn is working properly try sending an email to someone else and seeing if it goes to the right address.

Also, never open an email from someone you don't know. It's one of the major ways viruses get spread.
