Outlook 2003 problem

Hi. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am using Outlook 2003 on XP. A sub folder of my main mail folder has simply disappeared. Any suggestions on recovering it would be welcome. If you pls., I am a beginner, so if you are kind enough to offer any steps to take, pls. be very specific.

Hi there and welcome to PCHF

My first suggestion would be for you check EVERY other folder in Outlook to see if you have accidentally dragged it to another location. Also, check the deleted folder.

Ok, no problem.

Search your PC for "backup.pst" and then use the file > import wizard to recover and import just that folder back into outlook.
