hi i have a gateway mx6215b with a windows xp opperating system and on my laptop i have a bluetooth button i also have to press the fn button which is in a bluish colour i know how to do this because when i use my wifi i have to ativate it by pressing the wifi symbol and the fn button but the difference is that you know when the wiffi is activated because there s a a symbol that lights up just below the touchpad but there is no bluetooth symbol that lights up and i can't even find the bluetooth settings on control panel either please help!!

If your model has it installed Fn + F6 turns Bluetooth on/off
What symbol is on your F6 key?

the blutooth button i already know how to do this but it dosent seem to any effect because there is no light up sigh or anywhere in control panel that i can see it is working on/off

Are you sure you have a bluetooth module installed? Check in Device Manager (the attached screenshot is from my Desktop System)
