,When I get an E mail message reffering me to a link and I click on the link It does not open. This has occured in the last few days only.
I am using MS XP Home SP 3. Kasperley A Virus and Firewall and Spyware Doctor.
I have downloaded Thunderbird to see what happens and the same problem occurs ? There is no problem with I Exp selecting anything.
Can somebody help please

Thanks for your reply. I can not access any link on any email.received ?
I downloaded Thunderbird to see if the problem was confined to OExp, as there is no trouble opening links in Int. explorer,
The same situation was evident with the alternative mail service,cant open links there either ?
I had been having trouble loading Service Mech 7 ,as it kept insisting there was Conflicting Anti Virus,I had to go into the registry to clear all Ser Mech.7 or Iola referance.
Wondered if there was anything like ( Iola ) that could have been deleted ?
Fortunately I have my Laptop to work with !!

Ran Easy Spy no problems as expected.I ran Spy Doctor and System Mech.7 yesterday !

I am no expert but I am sure I have not upset the registry as I was very careful to remove only ref; to Iola and Sys.Mech.

One point I noticed is when booting up it shows the following message.
"SMR GDF programme not found,skip Autocheck "

Sorry , The last item should have read SMR GDF-- Not as shown !!

I have just picked up the answer to my problem on another website. A guy in the states was kind enough to help !
