my hotmail has recently been hacked into.

i know the person that did this,
i didn't even know this was possible or how she managed it.

I have tried changing my password/secret question/location information etc lots of times but she must have hacked in another way.
I also tried googling for 'hack hotmail' but it just told me ways of doing it instead of ways of stopping it.

This has happened more than once.
Is there anyway I can stop this, put a block on this girls email address or something?
shes causing me lots of problems

You might have some keyloggers on your computer if when you change the password she still grabs them.
