Default [Answered] hotmail addresses gone missing

I use hotmail as my main mailbox. I notice today when I went to forward a letter to all my friends, only half of the addresses are listed. I checked the address section and all the names and addresses are shown in that area. Appreciate any light anyone can shed on this problem. Thanks.

Hello pquinn34, welcome to PCHF.

Are you picking up your e-mails through e-mail software such as Outlook or directly via a web browser? If you using a web browser, than the only people that can tell you what happened are those that look after it in the first place. I've certainly never heard of addresses going missing by themselves. Have you tried contacting Microsoft directly about this problem?

Thanks for the comeback. And yes, I am viewing my mail through IE7. I had not thought to contact Microsoft but I'll try that, thanks again.

No prob's pquinn. They can be a bit slow to reply (unless you contact them via telephone). [Answered]
