Hi , I was wondering if I can and should delete Outlook Express. I never use it and whenever I open it there is just junk mail. I think I used it back in 1999 when I first got the computer but I dodn't think I ever use it or any of it's components. I am not to comp. smart so any help would be great.

Ok thank you. Could you go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, and then click on Add/Remove Windows Components, then uncheck Outlook Express.
