You must call your ISP {internet provider) and ask them what the POP3/SMPT is. Technically; they don't want you to use it anymore as it is a 'diff' part of the net. But aside from that, call them and ask 'em. alot of the time; {but NOT always} it is mail.{name of ISP}.pop3 etc....or pop3.mail.(isp) ....my opinion is call the ISP and ask them what your POP3 {AND} SMTP addresses are. They are seperate "servers" or in laymans terms, a special computer segment to take care of your mail. My advice is that you must call your ISP - Internet Service Provider and they will tell you those server (server is a computer set up to take those mail requests) addresses. that should do it.
