I should know this, but I can't remember how to place a photo or graphic in the body of a e-mail rather than include it as an attachment in Outlook. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.

To place a pic in the body of your email click Insert in the toolbar then click Picture. Please remember that the message must be in Rich Text(HTML) format. If you wish to use your pic as a background then use the Format then Background options in the toolbar.
