Cool [Resolved] Annying spam issue

i am coninuouly getting emails like this :

from : ( my email adress ) to : ( my email adress)

Subject:

message:

we email advertise your charity web site to 7,500,000 people. free.

http://www.theemailbroadcastingcompany.com



i got another similare but with a different web adress at the bottom:
http://www.emailbroadcastauthority.com


i am continously getting emails and i have not subscribed to anything i have checked the extended headers and there is not email adress only IP adress. will this help from the extened headers :

Received: from 059148246189.ctinets.com (059148246189.ctinets.com [59.148.246.189])
by mwinf3007.me.freeserve.com (SMTP Server) with SMTP id 139341C00A31
for <my email adress>; Sat, 12 May 2007 22:33:14 +0200 (CEST)

Instead of trying to backtrack a spam email, leave that to the professionals, suggest you get a web based email account. They have filters in place for blocking these kind of emails. The filters are not perfect, but at least this way you keep the junk on the email server instead of in your PC.

my email service is a ISP email and is set up with MS outlook

i hava webbased email account wel i have abut 3 two for spam on for freinds but my ISP one is fr more formal emails and serious buisness. so is there any way i can kee this email account and backtrack the email or block i or something
