hi

i am using outlook express.
I have got an email with some attachements. I can see them but they are grey colour and wont open when i click them, nothing happens.
I dont have any anti virus or firewall, just windowns xp and out look. Is their a menu on outlook i can check,'

Look under tools, options, security. Recommend you load a free anti virus program. HTH bb
