Default Outlook keeps freezing

Hi there and welcome to PCHF

Did you download the latest service pack for Office 2003 yet?
Also, how large is your .pst file? Sometimes very large .pst files can cause freezing in Outlook.

We have not downloaded the SP yet. The pst was quite large and have now deleted much. Now we cannot open the pst at all, the error is "Unable to display folder cannot access...errors in the file."

I am going to attempt an Inbox Repair, any other advice is appreciated.
