Help Me Please, Apparently I am a Spammer!
Hi,
I am a self employed photographer who only ever sends emails to individual friends and clients, occasionally I send a group email to friends but NEVER have I ever sent anything resembling Spam.
Problem is now that a large percentage of my emails are not being delivered because my IP address is listed under a whole bunch of anti-spam companies.
My ISP blames them, my host blames my ISP and the anti-spam companies don't care at all.
I have figured it's not my domain name as I can send from the same email address from my Treo. My ISP suggested I clean my laptop which I did, in fact a complete format. They also suggested I renew my IP Address through ipconfig at the command prompt.
When I do that, it seems everything is OK again and I can send emails to recipients who I previously couldn't. But about ten minutes later though it reverts back to the same problem.
Can anyone offer some help, this is extremely frustrating.
Thanks,
Darrin
This is typical of a message I get back although sometimes I get no notification at all.
