Hmmmm, Professional Problem Solver, I like it, wonder how much it pays? LOL.
I just don't like to leave any avenues unchecked when trying to resolve a problem.
Ah the old, "Should I switch to Apple?" question

. Personally, I find Macs very non-intuitive, since most of the time, on just about EVERYTHING in my world, I figure things out rather than reading the manual, I like things to be intuitive. That being said, I know many folks who as MAC was there first experience with computers, find them to be extremely easy to use, that goes for adults as well as children.
There is no getting around the fact that they are expensive, compared to what you can find in PCs. But they are ready to rock and roll right out of the box. They are extremely self contained, and they are reputed to be extremely reliable. I have no experience with their level of customer service so I cannot speak to that. You will find considerably less available help, but if it doesn't break, you may not need it.
If I were you, I would do some more research and look into the pro's and con's of the Mac world, to see if you want to embark on that journey,

. It may be perfect for you.
I'm still perfectly happy to try with Yahoo for you. Just let me know. Looking forward to your reply,
