Email & Spam Issues - outlook express disconects my internet posted in the Web & Networking forums; why when i go on outlook express my dial up box appearrs and i have to dial up again, please help....

What happens if you cancel it does your connection with outlook express still continue?

i can be surfing the net quite happily,but as soon as i open out ex i loose my connection, help/

Simple solution.
Click the "Show More", "Advanced" or whatever it's called (It's the other button besides Cancel), and uncheck Disconnect when done.

In Outlook Express, go to Tools / Options / Connection / untick Hang up after sending and receiving.
