Default outlook express problem
Hi, im new to this, can anyone help? my Outlook Exprerss keeps emptying by itself - this has been happening since 4th jan 2007. It clears all folders and leaves a back up folder on the desktop. Is there a setting that needs restoring? PS I have tried system restore but no joy.

hi Hengis - thanks for replying -"sep-back-up-mail " is the name of the file on desktop
