Default [Resolved] new IE version now cant OE mail

thought I had asked before but cant find it.
Im with BTYahoo ISP just upgraded the new version of Internet Explorer.
Now I cant access my Outlook express emails.

My mail normally comes in under BTYahoo email once Ive filtered the 300+ items of spam a day I get left with 'good stuff', then what I want to keep I open up Outlook Express and the 'good stuff' used to transfer over. thus clearing IE BTY mail for more rubbish.

If I need to reply to anything in the OE mail it goes straight away. I suppose this system acts like a barrier.

Anyway when ever IE upgrades I keep on having to find the settings needed to get OE access again. I can read my OE mail but it wont receive or send as it used to.
the symbol comes up; connecting, then after a minute or so I get an error..
Your POP3 server has not responded you want to wait?
