Question Outlook 2003 keeps asking for password

Outlook 2003 keeps asking for password

Hi All.
I have 3 email accounts running on Outlook 2003 but recently everytime it does a "send/receieve" i keep getting pop up requesting a password (this happens with all 3 accounts sometimes & just on 1 account sometimes.. completely unpredictable). I have ticked the "remember password" boxes but when pops up is unticked.(The password entered is always correct). I them proceeed to retick "remember password" & this solves the problem until next "send/receieve". Any ideas how to rectify as its driving me mad.

Thankyou

Hey there g4fne and welcome to the forums.

Could you try the following, open you outlook and then click on tools - options - mail setup - email accounts.

Within there you should be able to change settings for each of the accounts you have setup, there should be a place where you can enter you password for each account.

Do this, apply settings and then try to do a send/receive again and let us know if it works.
