Recently I have reinstalled MS Office XP after a crash. Including a new Anti-Virus program Clam-Virus.

Now each time when I send something it comes back with the message that the e-mail couldn't be delivered.

I double checked the POP3 servers in the e-mail accounts and when I go online to the webmail, I can send without any problem.

Could somebody think of any cause for this issue?

if you log on to ntl .com it has a help and support prog if you down to bottom right of page it will guide thru it other wise check these out in o ex tools then accountsselect mail tabthis wiil show all mail accounts you have o edit or veryfi highlight it then click propertiesyou will see a screen email address should be yours reply address can be left blank if its the same click severs incoming should be pop3 [ pop ntlworld.com] outgoing smtp[ntlworld.com next select connection ensure there is a tick always connect tothis accountand that local area network is selected from drop down listnow select advanced tagmake sure no ticks in sever requires a secure conn also make sure outgoing is set 25 incomingset to 110 i done my best to quote ntl ntl.comit would pay to go in that site and have a look its for all ntl user
