Hi & welcome to PCHF

Looks like a simple error - your login details are incorrect. Also, check that you have the POP and SMTP settings exactly correct. Looks like you're using one domain for incoming and your ISP for outgoing...is this correct?

Hey Guys,

@Faithbuilder, Dude, you have been here long enough to know not to post in someone elses thread. I am moving your post to your own thread so your question can be addressed. LGW

@turfmoorlongsiders, Welcome to the forum from me as well. Have you tried removing the account completely, doing a repair of Office, and then readding the account?

Also, simplistic and silly tho it sounds, have you deleted your password, and very slowly typed it in. A mistyped password has befuddled more that one, I guarrantee.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

LGW
