Question Outlook not pulling mail

Hi all,
I have a remote client who just changed over to our webmail and is not able to pull down her email through outlook.
I have set up the POP3 to point to the right servers and have made sure the ports are correct. It appears as though she can contact the server but when she attempts to inport new mail nothing happens.
Is there something else that has to be done when configuring Outlook to recieve mail from a different location??

Hi,

So she gets no authentication errors? Hm..whats the content of the error message she does receive when clicking on send/recieve (she will have a small yellow triangle at the bottom that will reveal the message when double-clicked) ?

Probebly not the problem but you never know , have you checked if a firewall isn't blocking outlook's server access?

She gets absolutly no indications at all when clicking send/recieve... She has Trend Micro Internet Security and turned off firewall but still nothing... I understand that some ISP's block certian ports so I have the ports set to 110/52.

Have you tried setting the port to 25 or was it that originally?
