Default [Fixed] Outlook

Outlook Express will not run and keeps giving the message"Outlook Express could not be started because Msoe.dll could not be loaded" I have a feeling that I may have deleted something to make disk space.Windows address book is required for OE to run but that appears to still be there!! Any suggestions

You can try replacing the Msoe.dll, Here.

Download it and let me know if it worked, I'll do some additional research in the meantime.

Are you using win98 and did you remove I.E.? If yes , have a look here:
