I am new here so here goes.. i have a tiscali webmail account, i am trying to use microsoft outlook to check/send and recive emails, as i work from home and dont want to keep logging out of my vpn and have to log on to www.tiscali.co.uk just to see if amy of my colleauges have sent me an email. i have check all the settings.. pop.tiscali.co.uk smtp.tiscali.co.uk and nothing works

Yup, it seems like your settings are correct.. incoming email (POP3) pop.tiscali.co.uk
outgoing email (SMTP) smtp.tiscali.co.uk

What exactly are you seeing when you hit send receive? Is there a specific error message?

Also this is not going to help your problem but spammers lurk all over the place. Removing your email address might be a good idea
