hi can some1 plz give me some advise.
i downloaded a fake-emailer but i decided i wanted to uninstall it as it was no use to me anymore.
So i went 2 control pannel and went to the add and remove section but i couldn't find it.
so i want 2 the folder in which i installed the program to and tried 2 delete the files. All the files got deleted apart from 1 which is a client installer. Every time i try 2 delete it it says:

Cannot delete access is denied
Make sure the disc is not full or write protected
and that the file is not currently in use.

can some1 plz tell me how i might b able to get rid of this program

The program runs from a DOS command window (click Start, Run, and type "cmd"). Enter forcedel filename to give the file the boot for good.

i understand that bit but what is the forcedel filename

It sounds like the service is still running so boot your PC into safemode you should be able to delete it from there.
