Question Logoless Photopaper

Does anyone know of a good quality inkjet photopaper which is not covered with a pattern of logos on the back?

My reason for asking is that in the past I have used HP photopaper to make greeting cards as follows:-
1. For an A5 card, print a photo (with any accompanying text) on one half of a sheet of A4 photo paper.
2. Print any greeting on the back of the paper.
3. Fold in half.
It is also possible to make two A6 cards from one sheet of A4. In each case it is only necessary to correctly locate and orientate the printing on both sides so that the finished card is correct when the paper is folded.

HP photopaper used only to have one small and unobtrusive logo on the back in one corner. The paper quality on the back was good enough for high quality text (in black or colour) and also for coloured clipart - such as a holly leaf, a heart, an egg etc. according to the purpose of card.

All HP photopaper now has a pattern of logos all over the back so this method can no longer be used. Despite my describing my simple method of making cards, HP say that this paper is not intended for printing on the back and the logos are there so that users know which way up to put the paper into the printer.

To make a card with the new paper would be quite involved. The photo would have to be printed on a suitable size photopaper and the text and clipart on both sides of a sheet of card. The photo would then have to be mounted on the card, a process which can be messy and carries the risk that the photo is crooked or not correctly positioned.

Derek Shaw.

I just checked and White Cap premium soft gloss photopaper has no logos. I think I got it at Walmart or Staples. Its 8.5x11. Not sure if its sold anymore though.
I like it because its shiny
